Ever since the founding of the 3rd Technical Committee on Electrical Measuring Instrumentats of Standardization Administration of China in 2003, with the support of national standardization committee and many sections concerned, it has fulfilled wonderfully its responsibilities in the past five years. With the concerted efforts made by all the committee members, the committee has contributed a lot to the development of the standardization of electrical measuring instruments industry.
According to the administrative regulations of Technical Committee on Electrical Measuring Instruments of Standardization Administration of China, the 3rd Technical Committee on Electrical Measuring Instruments of Standardization Administration of China has already fulfilled its five-year tenure, and it is time to change the committee. It is temporarily decided that the re-election conference for the 4th committee of Technical Committee on Electrical Measuring Instruments of Standardization Administration of China will be held in October, 2008 inHangzhou. The conference also serves as 2008 17th International Electromagnetic Measurement Technology , Standardization, and Product

1. Working conference：
1) Matters concerned with re-election within the TC104(Technical Committee on Electrical
Measuring Instruments) of SAC
2) Announce the lists of the candidates for the director, vice- director, secretary-general, and all other members authorized by Technical Committee on Electrical Instrumentation of Standardization Administration of China ( including members to the Subcommittees 1st, 2nd and 3rd) and meanwhile issue the members certificates.
3) Discuss and pass new regulations for the committee, detailed job specifications for the secretaria and other administrative regulations.

9) Electrical and Electromagnetic Quantity Measurement Technology
Electrical and electromagnetic measurement equipments mainly include electromagnetic measurement, inspection, monitoring, analysis equipment and systems. These devices include digital instrument, simulation instructions meters, the standard measurement devices, signal generator, monitoring devices, recording devices, power transmitter, power quality analysis, monitoring equipment and the annex of the above equipment. It belongs to 85th IEC Technical Committee (IEC/TC85)according to the international standardization work, and which also belongs to the Technical Committee on Electrical Instrumentation of Standardization Administration of China (TC104).
